Overview
In this permanent, 30-hours-per-week HLTA role, you will support learning across Early Years and Key Stage 1 in a vibrant academy. You will motivate and inspire children to reach their targets within a strong, collaborative team focused on excellent teaching and learning. The role offers progression support and a welcoming school culture, with opportunities to engage in breakfast club and a positive learning community.

Responsibilities
- Support learning and learner progression across EY and KS1
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Motivate and inspire children of all abilities to meet targets
- Collaborate within a supportive team to maintain high standards of learning
- Support breakfast club operations as needed
- Contribute to a positive school ethos and learning environment
Key requirements
- Level 6 HLTA (Early Years qualification desirable)
- Experience of working in a school environment
- First aid training or willingness to complete it
- Knowledge of Little Wandle Phonics desirable
- Ability to work in the breakfast club
