Make an impact while you earn your degree. Join our Development Team as a Degree Apprentice in Software Development. You’ll learn to design, build and support real software used by colleagues and residents—while studying toward a BSc (Hons) Digital & Technology Solutions (Software Engineer) via our approved degree‑apprenticeship pathway.
What You’ll Do
- Build great software: Design, develop, test and refine user‑centred applications using modern engineering practices and Agile ways of working.
- Go low‑code with impact: Create and enhance solutions on Microsoft Power Platform—Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI dashboards—to streamline processes and improve services.
- Work across the stack: Exposure to cloud services, integrations and DevOps practices, contributing to continuous improvement and secure delivery.
- Learn in live teams: Collaborate in multi‑disciplinary squads—participating in stand‑ups, sprint reviews and show‑and‑tells—to turn ideas into working software.
What You’ll Bring
