• Play a visible role in the college, reporting directly to the Principal and CEO.
• Act as a key member of the Senior Management Team and make a significant contribution to the strategic development and growth of the college.
• Be accountable for the college\’s reputation, business development, and external engagement.
• Drive excellence, inspiration, and innovation.
• Articulate a shared vision for the college and inspire others to succeed.
