As our Catering & Hospitality Teacher you’ll inspire the next generation of industry professionals through engaging, hands-on teaching and assessment. Working closely with the Course Leader, you’ll deliver high-quality lessons that align with the curriculum and support our students’ personal and professional growth. Your enthusiasm and real-world insights will motivate our learners, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
You will play an integral role in delivering engaging, practical lessons across Catering and Hospitality courses, including Levels 2 and 3. Drawing on your expertise in food preparation, service, health and safety, and business operations, you’ll equip our students with valuable, real-world knowledge that sets them up for success in the industry.
Your lessons will inspire learners, using industry insights and interactive demonstrations to bring the subject to life. You’ll support students in achieving their qualifications through regular assessments, tailored guidance, and detailed progress reviews, ensuring each learner reaches their potential.
Day-to-day, you’ll assess student work, monitor individual learning plans, and adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of your learners. Building positive relationships with students, you’ll foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages confidence and achievement.
