An excellent opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Programme Manager for Engineering Apprenticeships.

Apprenticeships & Work Based Learning Department

37 hours per week, permanent

Salary - £40,828 per annum

The successful candidate will lead a team of Engineering Trainers and will be responsible for monitoring trainer caseloads and ensuring that the apprenticeship curriculum is both purposeful and ambitious. The role will also involve working with employers, the Business Development Unit and classroom-based teachers to ensure the effectiveness of the apprenticeship provision in the Engineering department. The successful candidate will have management responsibility for work-based curriculum and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the curriculum with support from the course leaders and training team.
