Nursery Nurse Apprentice, St Helen's CE Primary School, Hemsworth, Pontefract, WF9 4EG
Preparing for the school day, directing teaching assistants, planning and delivering learning for a nursery class (mornings) with opportunities to further develop in afternoons in reception class as classroom support (with opportunity to lead, if required)
Future Prospects: Opportunity to be a nursery manager/nurse on qualification. Chance to develop further professionally as part of an academy trust.
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a level 3 Early Years qualification.
Qualifications required: GCSE grade C/4 + in maths and English, Level 2 Childcare/Early Years.

Hours per week: Either 16.5 (mornings) or 27.5 (mornings and afternoons)
