Salters Medical Practice, providing primary care for Droitwich and surrounding areas. We are a training practice with approximately 8,800 patients. We work with GP trainees, medical students, student nurses, and apprentices and offer a supportive learning environment.
Salters Medical Practice is offering an exciting opportunity for a GP Receptionist Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team while completing a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. No previous GP practice experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting patients at reception and handling telephone enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Carrying out general administrative and office duties
- Updating and maintaining patient records
- Supporting the clinical and administrative teams
- Maintaining confidentiality and following data protection guidelines

Flexibility is required to support holiday and sickness cover where needed. Apprentice to complete Business Admin level 3 remotely with ITS (part of Barnsley College).
