Electrical Installation Trainer Apprenticeships Salary: ÂŁ32,532 to ÂŁ41,614 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Full time 37 hours per week Reference: REC1932 | Closing date: Monday, 17th February 2025 The opportunity As our Electrical Installation Trainer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the next generation of electricians and electrical engineers. You’ll deliver high-quality training across a range of electrical installation qualifications, from apprenticeships to technical diplomas and industry-recognised certifications. With a perfect blend of practical hands-on instruction and theoretical expertise, you’ll give our learners the skills they need to excel in the ever-evolving electrical sector. You’ll also bring energy and enthusiasm to every lesson, crafting dynamic training sessions that meet industry standards and ignite our students’ passion for the subject. By assessing their progress through practical tasks, written assignments, and real-world workplace observations, you’ll help them develop the technical know-how, safety awareness, and professional attitude they need to succeed. About you We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional who’s passionate about both electrical installations and teaching. If you’ve got industry qualifications, like an NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds, along with hands-on experience in installations, maintenance, or testing, you could be a perfect fit for the role. While a teaching qualification (such as a PGCE or Cert Ed) or assessor qualifications are a plus, they’re not essential. What really matters is your practical knowledge and your ability to ignite that same passion in your students.
