Barnsley College is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our dynamic IT Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a professional environment while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and configuration of computer operating systems, applications, and hardware.
- Provide first‑line technical support to staff and students via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
