This role is a Variable Hours contract for services, giving you the flexibility to choose whether to accept work offered to you. We aim to support learners during external examinations, ensuring that exams are conducted fairly, calmly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare examination venues before each session
- Distribute, collect and manage examination materials
- Supervise candidates throughout the examination
- Ensure compliance with Awarding Body and JCQ regulations
- Complete attendance registers and maintain confidentiality
- Take appropriate action should any issues arise during an examination
About You
You are dependable, organised, attentive to detail, and able to remain composed under pressure. You communicate clearly and professionally with learners and colleagues, take initiative to address minor issues, and respect confidentiality and exam regulations.
