This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of curriculum areas, supporting learners and colleagues by providing high-quality teaching cover during short-term staff absence. You'll play a key role in ensuring students continue to receive an excellent learning experience, regardless of staffing challenges.

  • You will be adaptable and resilient, positive and enthusiastic, with the ability to build relationships quickly and work collaboratively with curriculum teams to ensure continuity of learning and support learner intervention, catch‑up and directed study activities where required.
  • A strong communicator with excellent classroom management skills, you will be committed to delivering an excellent learner experience and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning across different departments and curriculum areas.
