Little Roos Private Nursery is seeking a confident, motivated, and hardworking Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in business, finance, and accounting, who is looking to develop a long-term career within a supportive nursery environment. The care and welfare of children is paramount at Little Roos Private Nursery. The successful applicant must be able to interact positively with children and be willing to support, care for, and comfort children when required, in line with our safeguarding and welfare policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial and funding administration, including maintaining accurate financial records
- Assist with audits, reports, and financial documentation
- Carry out general administrative duties, including data entry and record keeping
- Manage and support administrative projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance when handling sensitive information
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team

Training and Career Progression
The successful candidate will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience in finance, administration, and project management. There will be clear opportunities for progression for the right candidate, including:
- Progression into finance or accounts-focused roles
- Support to pursue further accounting qualifications (such as AAT Levels 2–4), subject to performance and business needs
- Potential progression towards higher-level apprenticeships, professional accounting qualifications, or accounting-related degrees over time

Working Hours
Working hours will be between 30–40 hours per week, typically worked across the following schedule:
- Monday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
