Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our office team.
Responsibilities
- Scan and file documents accurately to maintain organised service records
- Support with job sheet preparation and write‑ups
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally, recording key service details such as:
- Customer name
- Site address
- Opening hours
- Site restrictions
- Machine details (make, model, serial number)
Skills & Qualities

Working Hours
The role is Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., with a 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Training
Training will be delivered on site and off the job, either at Barnsley College or within the workplace. The successful applicant will complete a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
