At the heart of this role is the chance to make a genuine and lasting difference — sharing your knowledge, skills and real-life experience to help learners grow in confidence and achieve their full potential. New to teaching or training? Don’t worry — full support and development will be provided every step of the way.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce within the childcare sector. About You

You will be an experienced childcare professional with a passion for developing others and a strong understanding of the sector. Ideally, you will have experience in training or assessing apprentices, although this is not essential. You will be confident in delivering engaging and inclusive learning both in the classroom and in the workplace, with the ability to motivate learners to achieve their full potential. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as you will be working closely with apprentices, employers and colleagues to ensure a high-quality learning experience. You will also be committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and supporting apprentices to achieve positive outcomes. Whether you already have teaching experience or are looking to move into education, you will be fully supported to develop and thrive in the role.
