Key responsibilities:
- Work on major projects (e.g., Alhambra Shopping Centre, The Glassworks, Tour of Britain).
- Draft, negotiate and review contracts, leases, agreements for lease and licences.
- Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title documents, searches and planning consents.
- Advisory on landlord and tenant matters: lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses.
- Provide advice in collaboration with the procurement team.
- Support development and regeneration projects.
