Key responsibilities:

  • Work on major projects (e.g., Alhambra Shopping Centre, The Glassworks, Tour of Britain).
  • Draft, negotiate and review contracts, leases, agreements for lease and licences.
  • Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title documents, searches and planning consents.
  • Advisory on landlord and tenant matters: lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses.
  • Provide advice in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Support development and regeneration projects.
