Barnsgrove Clubhouse in Greywell is seeking a warm, commercially minded person to join our senior team and lead membership growth and community development. This hands-on role offers autonomy to build relationships, welcome prospective members and develop partnerships, while collaborating with our marketing team to convert interest into membership.
You will manage tours, onboarding, events and member engagement, help shape the programme, and ensure a welcoming, well-run Clubhouse.
