We have a great opportunity for a Treasury Administrator to join our Pension Administration team. This team is responsible for supporting Pension Administration teams in reconciling bank accounts, investments, contributions and annuities. This is a permanent role that can be based in our Liverpool, Glasgow, Cheltenham or Birmingham offices working on a hybrid basis.
A snapshot of your day:
- Maintenance and reconciliation of accounting and banking records
- Reconciliation of pooled investments funds and assist with the reconciliation of more complex investments
- Perform cashflow forecasting and arranging investments and disinvestments
- Maintain effective client relationships with trustees and auditors
- Check work of other team members as appropriate, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures
- Project based work, as agreed from time to time
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Minimum of GCSE Grade “5” or “C” in Maths and English at grade C or above are essential
- With some technical knowledge, the ideal candidate will be looking to undertake the AAT qualification and will have previous experience working in an accounting or financial services industry
- Knowledge of the pensions industry would be advantageous but is not essential
