We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our SIPP team. This role can be based in our Glasgow or Cheltenham office on a hybrid working basis.

A snapshot of your day:

  • Oversee and manage team workload on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Oversee and manage team planning schedule, ensuring productivity and utilisation levels are maintained to a high standard.
  • Identify Skills Gaps and schedule training in line with documented procedures.
  • Support SIPP Project Management Activities as directed by SIPP Management
  • Carry out regular performance reviews with colleagues, in line with service delivery levels
  • Carry out annual performance reviews with colleagues and communicate performance levels to Operations in line with bonus and wage increase dates

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in Pensions and/or Finance is essential
  • Knowledge of SIPPs is desirable
  • Proven tracked record of leading a dedicated team is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment is essential
