We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to join our SSAS team. This is an entry level, office based position with lots of opportunities for development. This is a permanent role that can be based in our Liverpool, Leeds or Amersham offices.

A snapshot of your day:

  • Arrange for incoming post to be scanned onto our internal system and allocated to the correct person
  • Maintain scheme records on our internal administration system and other systems as required
  • Complete paper-based and electronic forms in line with set processes
  • Deal with banks and other financial institutions to obtain relevant information
  • Arrange for cheques, banking instructions, investment applications and similar to be signed and issued
  • Arrange for deeds, property documentation and similar to be signed and issued

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • GCSE or equivalent at grade C/5 or higher in Maths and English is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is desirable, strong IT skills essential
  • High levels of integrity and confidentiality as you will be dealing with sensitive information
