We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Pension Administration team. This is a key strategic role combining business growth responsibilities with exceptional client relationship development and management. You’ll play a central part in identifying market opportunities, deepening client partnerships, and contributing to the continued expansion of our portfolio. This is a permanent role that can be based in our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices working on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying growth opportunities and nurturing through the business development lifecycle
  • Lead on new business pitches, taking accountability for growing our client portfolio
  • Up/Cross selling of services into other business areas / service lines
  • Managing significant client budgets and fee proposals
  • Identify market growth opportunities and potential risks, formulating strategies to address them effectively
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with the company's objectives and market trends
  • Leading client relationships with a portfolio of established and new clients

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Pension Market needs across all sectors with in-depth knowledge of Pension Administration
  • Significant client facing experience working at a senior level within an organisation administering pension schemes
  • Pensions Management Institute qualifications is desirable
  • Proven commercial awareness and experience of budgetary control
  • An excellent and effective communicator
  • Strong technical skills with good all round pensions knowledge
