We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our SIPP team. The SIPP team provides administration and trusteeship services to self-invested personal pension arrangements for members, both advised and non-advised. We hold over 1000 commercial properties and are looking to grow in this area. This role will be based in our Glasgow office working on a hybrid basis. A snapshot of your day: * Administer SIPP and SSAS property portfolios, ensuring all property-related activities are compliant with relevant pension scheme regulations. * Oversee property acquisitions, disposals, rent collection, tenant communication, and renewals, ensuring all actions align with both client and regulatory expectations. * Manage VAT compliance, including handling property expenses and ensuring all VAT processes align with SIPP/SSAS tax regulations. * Administer property-related costs, including service charges, maintenance costs, and rent reviews, ensuring accurate and timely processing. * Proactively manage and resolve any issues related to property compliance, ensuring a positive customer experience in line with regulatory expectations. * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders regarding property-related queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. We would like to hear from you if you have: * Solid experience managing a portfolio of SIPP/SSAS properties, including handling property transactions, VAT compliance, and managing client relationships is desirable. * Experience managing VAT-related property expenses, claims and returns is desirable. * Ability to manage client relationships professionally, maintaining clear communication, and delivering high levels of customer service. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
