This is a great opportunity for graduates or early career professionals who want to build a long term career in a stable and developing field. You will join us at an exciting time. What you will be doing:
- Preparing and checking pension calculations and member communications
- Learning how to interpret pension scheme rules and apply them in practice
- Responding to member queries, including more complex cases as your experience grows
- Keeping member records accurate and up to date
- Working to agreed deadlines while maintaining high standards
- Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting better ways of working
- Following data security and confidentiality procedures
- Helping with team projects and wider tasks when needed
You will also receive support from experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to mentor others as you progress.
What we are looking for:
- GCSE grade 5 or C in Maths and English
- A degree or equivalent is welcome but not essential
- Interest in pensions, finance, or working with data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- A willingness to study towards a professional qualification, with full support provided
If you already have some experience in pensions or are working towards industry qualifications, that would be a bonus but not required.
