BARNETT WADDINGHAM in London/Amersham/Guildford is seeking a Team Leader to head our Pension Administration team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements.

You will take overall responsibility for the team’s workload and service to members, monitor SLAs and deadlines, run regular 1:1s and PDRs, and play a part in recruitment while ensuring quality and adherence to internal controls.
