We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pension Administration team. This is a key strategic role combining business growth responsibilities with exceptional client relationship development and management. You’ll play a central part in identifying market opportunities, deepening client partnerships, and contributing to the continued expansion of our portfolio. This is a permanent role that can be based in our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices working on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Identifying growth opportunities and nurturing through the business development lifecycle
- Lead on new business pitches, taking accountability for growing our client portfolio
- Up/Cross selling of services into other business areas / service lines
- Managing significant client budgets and fee proposals
- Identify market growth opportunities and potential risks, formulating strategies to address them effectively
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with the company's objectives and market trends
- Leading client relationships with a portfolio of established and new clients
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Demonstrated understanding of Pension Market needs across all sectors with in-depth knowledge of Pension Administration
- Significant client facing experience working at a senior level within an organisation administering pension schemes
- Proven commercial awareness and experience of budgetary control
- An excellent and effective communicator
- Strong technical skills with good all round pensions knowledge
