This is a brand new opportunity to shape how we understand and improve performance across our Administration service delivery teams. The role sits within our Business Planning and Performance Team at the heart of our operations, giving colleagues the data, insight and clarity they need to deliver outstanding service.
If you’re someone who loves using data to solve real problems, influence decisions and make a tangible impact, this role puts you right where it matters. This role can be based at either of our Cheltenham, Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool or Leeds offices on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and enhancement of MI dashboards used across Pension Administration.
- Drive data-led performance insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Monitor KPIs, uncover drivers of performance variance and present actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to improve reporting quality and governance.
- Support innovation by automating reporting processes and moving towards real-time insights.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for data‑driven continuous improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, compelling insights for decision‑makers.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in performance management, modelling, capacity planning or dashboard development.
- An eye for detail and a desire to enhance data accuracy, quality and consistency.
