We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager/PMO to join our SIPP team. This is a permanent role that is based in our Cheltenham office working on a hybrid basis. This hybrid role combines hands-on project delivery with PMO responsibilities, ensuring governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams. You will manage key projects within the programme while supporting overall programme governance.
A Snapshot Of Your Day:
- Lead the delivery of assigned projects or workstreams within the SIPP platform programme.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams.
- Maintain programme governance documentation, including RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.
- Support programme governance forums by preparing agendas, tracking actions, and ensuring compliance with standards.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within complex programmes.
- Strong understanding of PMO processes and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Experience in financial services or pensions industry (SIPP experience highly desirable).
- Knowledge of Financial Services platforms and migration projects (desirable).
