Barnett Waddingham is seeking a Payroll Technical Lead to provide specialist payroll expertise and guide the end-to-end processing of pension payrolls. You will lead, coach and develop the team, strengthening controls and driving process improvements in a hybrid UK-based role.
You will act as SME for complex payroll scenarios, oversee HMRC interactions, RTI submissions and pension tax filings, and ensure accuracy and audit readiness across the payroll function.
