We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our SSAS team. This role will be responsible for processing basic administrative tasks such as document handling, whilst beginning to learn administration tasks specific to small self-administered pension schemes. High levels of integrity and confidentiality are required as the individual will be dealing with sensitive information and high value transactions on a daily basis. This role can be based in our Amersham or Liverpool offices.

A Snapshot Of Your Day:

  • Arrange for incoming post to be scanned onto our internal system and allocated to the correct person
  • Maintain scheme records on our internal administration system and other systems as required
  • Complete paper-based and electronic forms in line with set processes
  • Deal with banks and other financial institutions to obtain relevant information
  • Arrange for cheques, banking instructions, investment applications and similar to be signed and issued
  • Arrange for deeds, property documentation and similar to be signed and issued

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • GCSE or equivalent at grade C/5 or higher in Maths and English is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is desirable, strong IT skills essential
  • High levels of integrity and confidentiality as you will be dealing with sensitive information

As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to take four short written tests to assess Numerical Checking, Numerical Reasoning, Numerical Computation and Grammar & Spelling.
