Barnet FC is seeking a Lead PDP Coach and Head of Coaching to lead the delivery and development of its Academy coaching programme, ensuring compliance with EPPP and EFL Youth Development Rules while mentoring the Academy’s coaches.
As a member of the Academy Management Team, you will support the Academy Manager in implementing the Academy Performance Plan and drive high-quality PDP training, with coordination across sports science, medical and education teams.
