Post: Site Manager
Salary: Grade E – ÂŁ31,986 full time (36 hours)
This role will require paid overtime to facilitate evening and weekend openings for school events and meetings.
Cromer Road Primary School is looking to appoint a permanent hard working, skilled, dependable and self-motivated Site Manager to join our school from September 2025.
You will assist in ensuring the effective management, organisation and supervision of all matters relating to the school’s premises including maintenance, security, lettings and cleaning and management of contracts.
Please see the job description and person specification for further details. The successful candidate will take pride in ensuring the school is clean, tidy and a safe environment. You will need to be competent at DIY tasks and be able to work both on your own initiative as well as under the guidance/instruction of the Headteacher and other staff.

- display good inter-personal skills with families, colleagues, governors, contractors and visitors
- enjoy working in a child friendly environment
- have a sense of humour
