Barnet Council is seeking an experienced Assessment and Enablement Officer to join Adult Social Care. You will work with adults across disabilities and health needs to review care and support packages and promote independence within community settings.
You will apply the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and Making Safeguarding Personal, collaborating with residents, families, providers and health partners to identify outcomes and recommend improvements.
