We are looking for a candidate who:
- Can articulate and communicate a shared vision and translate the vision into clear objectives that promote and sustain school improvement.
- Will set high expectations and challenging targets for pupils, monitoring effectiveness and evaluating outcomes.
- Will take responsibility for ensuring that all staff understand and follow safeguarding policies.
- Can set appropriate priorities for expenditure, allocating funds and ensuring financial control, in accordance with governing body policies.
- Will act as a role model for the highest professional standards.
