The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for securing and managing the funds for students with educational needs. Leading on developing successful strategies to generate funding to maximise support for students with educational needs. Evidence of strong LEA partnership working is required as well as an understanding of the impact of the SEND reforms. The post holder must have extensive experience of managing a successful transition programme for SEND students.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification – degree level or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent).
- Experience of SEND funding and consulting with Local Authorities.
- Working knowledge of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements surrounding student information held by the College is a must.
Location and Travel
The position is mainly based at our Southgate Campus, but will be required to travel to other sites.
