Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and efficient Sales and Purchase Ledger Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support for the finance team. This role involves managing supplier payments, maintaining communication channels, and supporting accounts receivable activities across the finance department. The successful candidate will also assist with supplier/customer account reconciliation, processing weekly payment batches, and following up with customers chasing debtors. Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills are essential.
