Are you passionate about supporting and inspiring young people? Do you have the skills to coach and guide students to reach their full potential? Barnet and Southgate College is seeking motivated, dynamic, and inspirational individuals to join us as Personal Development Coaches (PDCs). This role is central to our mission of transforming lives through education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students’ personal and social development.
- Help them build confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to thrive in college and beyond.
- Work closely with curriculum teams, pastoral staff, and student services to promote positive behaviours and attitudes.
