Barnet and Southgate College is seeking an experienced and driven Performance and Achievement Manager to join its Quality team. Working closely with the Director of Teaching, Learning and Quality Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in leading the College's quality improvement and assurance across all provision and sites, with a sharp focus on learner success, achievement, retention and progression.
You will analyse and report on performance, lead internal quality assurance processes, work proactively with curriculum teams and Senior Teaching Practitioners to drive outstanding teaching and learning, and act as a key liaison with Awarding Organisations and external verifiers. This is a dynamic and hands-on role for an ambitious quality professional with strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of FE quality frameworks and a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in performance and outcomes.
