Please note that this role will be based at the following locations: Southgate Campus, Barnet Campus, Colindale Campus and Boreham Wood Football Academy. To provide an effective enrolment service for new students during a key enrolment period. The role involves a good eye for detail, the ability to work in a high-paced environment while enrolling new students on their course(s) at the College using the College's digital systems and provided guidance/processes. The ability to build a rapport with people as well as the ability to develop a comprehensive knowledge of a range of college enrolment digital systems to aid a successful enrolment for a student is essential. Previous experience of aspects of this service is desirable. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a student/customer centred approach, aiming to remove barriers to ensure a comprehensive positive experience.
