We have a very exciting opportunity for a highly specialised, motivated, and dynamic Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Barnet and Southgate College. As a key member of our inclusion team, you will play a vital role in planning, adapting, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of students within their study programmes. Your expertise will help ensure that all students, especially those with communication and additional learning needs, have meaningful access to their education.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with strong experience in clinical reasoning and setting achievable, measurable goals. Expertise in speech and language therapy, particularly for young people with autism and/or additional conditions. You will be empathetic, resilient, and confident.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseMinimum qualification - relevant diploma/degree & with grades 5-9 in English and Mathematics. Proven knowledge of the issues facing young people today and the ability to support and encourage them to remain on programme.
