Please note that this role will be based at the following locations: Southgate Campus, Barnet Campus, Colindale Campus and Boreham Wood Football Academy. This is your opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, student-focused environment during one of the most important times in the academic year. With excellent customer care skills, you will provide an effective Check-in service for potential new students during a key enrolment period. The role involves ascertaining upon arrival at the College what part of the enrolment process the potential new student needs to be guided to, which could range from the start of the application process, ID & eligibility support or supporting the completion of vital surveys. While ensuring this and any further stages are delivered in a smooth/effective way and contribute to a great experience. In addition, there is an expectation that all calls are answered effectively, timely providing appropriate information or signposting. The ability to build a rapport with people as well as to communicate clearly and concisely with them to aid in a successful enrolment is essential. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a student/customer centred approach, aiming to remove barriers to ensure a comprehensive positive experience.
