The Enterprise and Employment Team at Barnet and Southgate College is responsible for apprenticeships, work-based learning, employer engagement and skills development programmes. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor to deliver and assess apprenticeship programmes at Levels 3 to 5.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment, supporting apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for successful careers in the housing sector. You will work closely with employers to monitor progress, conduct reviews, assess workplace competence and ensure apprentices achieve their full potential.
You will have substantial occupational experience within housing and property management, a strong understanding of apprenticeship delivery, and a proven ability to support learners to achieve successful outcomes. A recognised teaching qualification and assessor qualification are essential.
