The predicted salary is between 17925 - 23650 £ per year.

This role is within our ESOL Colindale team, which is a very friendly and supportive team. Staff are well supported by their manager, as well as two dedicated course leaders and a highly experienced teaching and learning coach.

Please note, one post will be on a permanent basis (0.5 FTE) and the second post will be on a fixed term contract to provide maternity leave cover (0.5 FTE).

The successful applicant will deliver ESOL and Digital Skills classes, taking on the role of course tutor for adult and 16‑18 ESOL groups.

You will have relevant teaching experience. The role requires an approach to teaching and learning which is dynamic, inspiring and engaging, making use of a wide range of teaching strategies and techniques.

You will have strong team working, classroom facilitation and management skills. You will have excellent organisational skills and will comply with College requirements including planning, assessing, maintaining accurate records and conducting education plan reviews.
