We are looking for an excellent Curriculum Resource Administrator to join our outstanding curriculum administration support team at Barnet & Southgate College looking after Science, A Level, Art & Design and Media departments.

This post will involve working within a busy office environment and will be pivotal in supporting the work of the team and ensuring that the curriculum area is organised and responsive to the needs of the team and our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of providing administrative support within an office environment, excellent interpersonal skills, a solution orientated approach and experience of providing a courteous and effective customer service. The candidate needs to have effective communication skills, advanced IT skills, the ability to maintain accurate records and work to deadlines.

The post is based at Barnet, but you should be able and willing to travel and work from any of the main college campuses, as required. Previous experience of working within a college environment is desirable but not essential.

  • To provide a helpful, professional and flexible service to internal or external customers of the department or the College.
