Barnet and Southgate College is looking to recruit a creative, dynamic and forward-thinking Curriculum Manager for Maths and English (GCSE and FS) for 16-18 year olds on Education Programmes for Young People. You will have extensive experience at leading delivery for high needs and SEND. You will be passionate about engaging these students so that they succeed. You will do this through innovative curriculum design, and up-to-date knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies and strategies. You will have excellent interpersonal skills working with the other Curriculum Managers in the team, be able to motivate teaching teams and be able to lead the area effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will be subject to Enhanced DBS clearance in line with our safer recruitment policy.
