The Student Enrichment Assistant will be driving Enrichment and Student Voice across the college. You will have experience of supporting students to deliver events and encouraging them to be an active part of the college community.
Minimum qualifications include a relevant Level 2 qualification or equivalent, strong IT skills, and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent). Proven experience of planning, delivering, and engaging students in activities is essential. You will be expected to be a reliable member of the team who consistently delivers services to students, motivating them to continue their engagement every week.
