The post holder will inspire learners through engaging teaching, industry-relevant projects and professional creative practice.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding teaching across Level 3 Photography programmes.
Plan and prepare engaging lessons that meet awarding body requirements.
Develop learners' technical, creative and critical understanding of photography.
Support learners to develop professional portfolios and exhibition work.
Use a range of teaching strategies to motivate and challenge learners.
Promote high standards of attendance, punctuality and behaviour.
Integrate industry practices, live briefs and progression opportunities into teaching.
Maintain accurate assessment and tracking records.
