Key Responsibilities
- Receipt incoming Raw Material from Vendors using ERP System and store appropriately.
- Issue Raw Material and Detail Parts to the shop floor for Work Orders that have been launched on ERP.
- Receipt incoming parts on ERP from Special Process Vendors and move to next Operation.
- Wrap and Pack parts to specification and send to Special Process Vendors as required, organizing appropriate transport if necessary.
- Book parts for delivery using Customer EDI Portal.
- Create dispatch paperwork on ERP System maintaining Part Number traceability where required.
- Dispatch parts to Customers ensuring Packaging complies to specification.
- Check over completed parts to ensure Parts are delivered to Customers to the correct standard.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a stores/warehouse role within aerospace, manufacturing, or a highly regulated industry.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with a bias towards action and speed.
- High Degree of flexibility required.
- Liaises effectively with wider cross functional team to ensure targets are met.
- Customer focused.
- Constantly displays integrity and respect.
- Actively engages in discussions and openly supports team decisions.
- Maintain a positive attitude in order to positively influence the process improvement activities throughout the organization.
- The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Qualifications
- Forklift licence.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Software, Excel in particular.
