About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mixed Tax Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing tax team. You will play a key role in managing a diverse client portfolio, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the long-term success of the department.

The team is currently made up of 25 team members, including three partners, five tax managers, two advisory specialist managers and one R&D specialist. Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of clients, supported by tax seniors and juniors.
- Review corporation tax and LLP income tax computations prepared by audit/accounts teams.
- Prepare and review:
- Personal tax returns
- Forms P11D
- ATED returns
- Employment-related securities returns
- EMI scheme returns
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in both personal and corporate tax.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio and delegate effectively.
- Comfortable finalising work for client approval.
- Preferably CTA qualified, though ATT/ACA/ACCA or qualified-by-experience candidates will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel.
- Experience with Digita Personal Tax, Corporation Tax Advanced, and Company Secretarial software is a plus.
