We are seeking a driven and experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our disputes team and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation and arbitration matters from inception to resolution Draft pleadings, witness statements, applications, legal submissions, and correspondence to a high standard Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and prospects with clear, commercially focused guidance Conduct and supervise disclosure exercises and document review NQ–3 PQE with solid, demonstrable experience in commercial dispute resolution gained in private practice — experience is essential, not optional Strong working knowledge of civil litigation procedure, the CPR, and court processes Proven ability to draft high-quality legal documents and submissions under pressure Sound legal judgement with the ability to identify issues, think strategically, and advise clients with confidence Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete practical legal assessments before proceeding to interview.
