We are now looking for an ambitious and motivated Admin Assistant to join our Mayfair office, someone ready to build a long-term legal career within a growing, high-performing boutique firm. This role is ideal for candidates at the start of their legal career or with limited experience, offering clear and natural progression within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks across the firm
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients (calls and emails)
  • Filing and organising documents to a high standard
  • Arranging meetings and managing diaries
  • Responding to client enquiries in a professional manner
  • Supporting general office operations, including procurement

Requirements

  • A background in law (LLB, GDL, LPC, SQE or equivalent)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, professional environment
  • Knowledge of Russian is advantageous, but not essential.
