We are now looking for an ambitious and motivated Admin Assistant to join our Mayfair office, someone ready to build a long-term legal career within a growing, high-performing boutique firm. This role is ideal for candidates at the start of their legal career or with limited experience, offering clear and natural progression within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks across the firm
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients (calls and emails)
- Filing and organising documents to a high standard
- Arranging meetings and managing diaries
- Responding to client enquiries in a professional manner
- Supporting general office operations, including procurement
Requirements
- A background in law (LLB, GDL, LPC, SQE or equivalent)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, professional environment
- Knowledge of Russian is advantageous, but not essential.
